How do you process payments? Is that secure?

All payments are processed by our partner, 2Checkout (now Verifone). It is a leading international payment provider that securely processes your payments on our behalf. Various payment options include Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards or PayPal. Immediately after payment, you will receive your license key and the purchase receipt.

Should I expect any automatic charges?

No, subscriptions are not renewed automatically. You will NOT be billed or charged on a recurring basis.

Do you offer discounts for students?

No, we do not have student discounts. However, if the university has joined our educational program, students and faculty members can get GIAnalyzer for free for a semester.

How can I get a purchase receipt?

After you purchase a subscription, along with your license key you will get the receipt to the email you have provided. Please check your spam folder. You can also look up your order here.

Can I request a refund?
